• Mazal Tov to Tzipora and Arye Noy on the birth of a grandson, a son to their children Yael and David Noy. Mazal Tov as well to grandparents Miriam and Yosef Moskowitz.
• מזל טוב לצפורה ואריה נוי על הולדת הנכד, בן לילדיהם יעל ודוד נוי. מזל טוב גם לסבים מרים ויוסף מוסקוביץ.
• Mazal Tov to Alona and Gil Eliraz on the birth of a first grandson, a son to their children Inbal and Michael Eliraz of Rosh Pina. Mazal Tov as well to the great grandparents Ruth and Oz Ainie, and to the entire extended family.

• Thank you! Thank you and Yishar Kochachem to all the volunteers who helped organize Tefillot on Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. Thank you to the Gabbaim, minyan organizers, Chazanim, Shlichei tzibbur and Torah readers, shofar blowers, choir, seating committees, computer/reservation/database people, treasurers, mechitza set up and take down helpers, air-conditioner setters, house committees, and everyone who contributed to the special Berman atmosphere over the chagim.
• תודה! תודה ויישר כוח לכל המתנדבים שסייעו בארגון התפילות בראש השנה וביום כיפור. תודה לגבאים, למארגני המניינים, לחזנים, לשליחי הציבור ולקוראי התורה, לתוקעים בשופר, למקהלה, לוועדות ההושבה, לאנשי המחשבים/ההזמנות/מאגרי הנתונים, לגזברים, למי שסייע בהרמת ופירוק המחיצה, למתקיני המזגנים, לוועדות הבית ולכל מי שתרם לאווירה המיוחדת של ברמן במהלך החגים.
   
• **TODAY!!** Come help the social committee decorate the shul Sukkah today, Wednesday Oct 4th at 9:30 AM. All kids (and their parents) are invited to come help.
• **היום!!**  כולם (הורים וילדים) מוזמנים לעזור לקשט את סוכת בית הכנסת, היום, יום רביעי ערב חג סוכות בשעה 9:30.
• Shiurim of the Beit Midrash Nishmat Chaya will resume after Sukkot on Tuesday October 17th כ"ז בתשרי.
• Lecture in Hebrew on the struggle against building accidents. Presented by the Rehovot Center for Social Justice. Oct 15th 2017, at the shul. Maariv 19:50, followed by lecture at 20:00.
• הרצאה מאת סרגיי אלימוב מרכז קבוצת המאבק בתאונות הבנייה במרכז לצדק חברתי ברחובות שירצה בעברית על "מגנים על הילדים שלנו מפני קריסת המנוף הבאה". המרכז לצדק חברתי הוא מרכז שפועל בשנה וחצי האחרונה במטרה לתת תשתית לכל פעילות אזרחית שמרכזה שיוויון ערך האדם. יום ראשון, כו תשרי, 15 לאוקטובר 2017. מעריב: 19:50 הרצאה: 20:00.
