• Lost, pair of prescription sunglasses in a brown snap case. Probably no identifying information in or on the case. Probable locale: Rehov Berman, Rehov Yosefson, Rehov Carmel up to East Gate of Weizmann Institute, or possibly along the roads and paths of the Weizmann Institute itself. • "Computers for every child". Many thanks to Berman members who contributed their old computers during the Chanukah campaign ("Don't throw it away ... Donate It!") organized by the Psifas Outreach Committee. With your help and the help of many other Rehovot citizens (including the Weizmann Institute), over 150 old computers were collected. The initiative is now in the process of refurbishing the computers so they can be given to students whose families cannot afford them. To meet this challenge, we need money donations to pay for the computer parts to refurbish the computers. Everyone involved in this project is a volunteer, including the technicians who fix the computers. We receive the names of needy children from the principals and support staff of the Rehovot schools. Please consider giving a tax-deductible donation for computer parts to JGive at this link and they’ll send you a receipt.
• מחשב לכל ילד. רב תודות לחברי ברמן שתרמו את המחשבי הישנים שלהם לקמפיין החנוכה של פסיפס ("אל תשליכו, תתרמו!"). בעזרתכם ובעזרת אזרחי רחובות רבים אחרים (כולל מכון ויצמן) נאספו מעל 150 מחשבים ישנים. היוזמה נמצאת כעת בתהליך של שיפוץ המחשבים ומסירתם לתלמידי רחובות שאין ביכולתם לרכוש אותם. כדי לעמוד באתגר, היוזמה זקוקה לתרומות כספיות עבור חלקי מחשב. כולנו מתנדבים, כולל הטכנאים שמתקנים את המחשבים. אנו מקבלים שמות של התלמידים הנזקקים מהמנהלים וצוותי בתיה"ס בעיר. אנא תשקלו מתן תרומה מוכרת לצרכי מס עבור חלקי מחשב וישלחו אליהם קבלה במייל חוזר. הקישור למתן תרומות נמצא כאן.

• As we all are thinking of sufganiyot and latkes, AMIT Chug Rehovot has begun planning for our 2021 Purim Mishloach Manot Project. Each year, over 250 families participate in this community initiative, including many members of the Berman Community. We hope you will continue to support us and AMIT’s vital mission.
