• Program with disabled IDF veterans, **tonight**, and next week. Over the next week, before and during Chanukah, the city of Rehovot, in cooperation with the Nachei Tzahal organization, is hosting a special program, "A Hero in the Neighborhood" (גיבור בשכונה) to honor disabled IDF veterans and raise awareness about their personal stories and their contributions to Israel. On Thursday, 19.12.19, at 8:00 pm, BE"H, Sherman and Melodie Rosenfeld will host David Applebaum, who was wounded in the Yom Kippur War at their home (13 Chish Street). • As we all are thinking of  sufganiyot  and  latkes, AMIT Chug Rehovot has begun planning for our 2020 Purim Mishloach Manot Project. Over 250  families  participate,including many members of the Berman Community.This project is the chug's biggest fund-raiser of the year and provides help for many needy students at the AMIT schools.
