Bereavement and Memorial זיכרון ושכול

• We regret to announce the passing of Louis Feigelson z”l, father of our member Dan Feigelson. The funeral is scheduled for 1:30 pm Eastern time (8:30 PM Israel time) on Thursday, December 6. Dan will be sitting shiva with his family in the United States, Thursday afternoon through Sunday morning at the Feigelson home in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and from Sunday afternoon through Wednesday morning in Skokie, Illinois. Dan can be reached by email at djfeigel@yahoo.com or by telephone at 714-651-3448 (cell phone, functional at both locations). • The Azkara for our member Heshie Basch z'l will take place on Friday December 7th at 10:00 AM at the Rehovot cemetery.

• Exceptional minyan start times. Hashkama minyan this week will start at 6:15 due to Chanuka (and Rosh Hodesh).

• Tevet Jointly Sponsored Yahrtzeit Kiddush. The Tevet JSK will be held on December 15th Parashat Vayigash. • The will be a scholar in residence on Shabbat Parashat Veyechi (Dec 21-22). Details to follow.
• Looking for a number of people willing to teach a few classes in basic Judaism in simple Hebrew. The shiur is intended for Berman community members and converts. There will be a rotation among the teachers. The topics will include: Faith, Halacha, Tfilla, holidays and more.
