• We regret to announce the passing of Gerald Rosenberg z”l, the brother of our member Moishe Rosenberg. Moishe is sitting Shiva at his home, 46/1 Eisenberg, Rehovot until Monday morning 27th June. • The Azkara for Irene Dym z'l will take place this Friday 24 June, 9:15 AM at the Rehovot cemetery (meeting at the main gate).

SHUL ACTIVITIES, EVENTS AND REMINDERS תזכורות, אירועים ופעילויות של בית הכנסת

• The shul AGM is scheduled for this coming Sunday, June 26, at 20:30. Recent board minutes, the AGM agenda and other materials will be / are posted on the member documents page, as they become available.
• Elections for the Board and Audit Committee. Only active, paid-up members may vote. We prefer that as many members as possible attend the AGM in person. Nevertheless, to enable broad participation in the voting, in addition to voting by secret ballot during the meeting, members may deliver their ballots to several locations on the day of the AGM (Sunday June 26th). Ballots, which will be available for download on the member's only section of the website (https://www.bermanshul.org/my-documents), may be delivered (in person, due to requirements of the constitution) to one of our ballot trustees during that day: Arielle Klein Kosowitz or Lizzi Silvermetz (please coordinate with them by phone). If you are in quarantine and wish to vote, please contact Bermanshul@gmail.com. Persons voting by pre-meeting drop-off should prepare their ballots in a sealed, unmarked envelope inside a second envelope with the member's name and signature. Currently, the ballot is only for Board and Audit Committee positions. It is possible that additional resolutions will be voted on at the meeting. Accordingly, personal attendance at the AGM is still strongly encouraged.
• Rabbi Frimer's shiur on the Hagada has recessed for the summer.
