  • We regret to announce the passing of Meyer Elling z'l, brother of our member Aviva Cohen The funeral was held on 30.5 in the US. Aviva will be sitting shiva at 34/20 Yaakov St, from 6:00 PM Wednesday (30.5) evening through Tuesday morning (5.6). She can be reached at 08-949-1003 or 054-217-1903. Please refrain from visiting before 9:00 AM or between 2:00-4:00 PM. המקום ינחם אותה בתוך שאר אבלי ציון וירושלים.

  • A Special General Meeting (SGM) will take place on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 19:30 to approve the financial reports.
  • אסיפת חברים מיוחדת תתקיים ביום ג', 12.6.18 בשעה 19:30 לצורך אישור הדוחות הכספיים.
  • Anyone making donations to the shul should follow the instructions on https://www.bermanshul.org/payments to ensure that checks are make out correctly.

  • Yom Ha'achdut. (In Hebrew) Meeting of volunteers from a range of Rehovot community organizations to share information and ideas about their activities. The parents of Ayal Yifrach z'l will present their initiative of Yom Ha'achdut. The meeting will take place on June 4, 2018 at 19:00 in Matnas Havayyot Sireni 52. See link below to sign up.   • Beit Midrash Nishmat Chaya. On Tuesday Rav Lindenbaum will begin a new series of shiurim on the subject "Killing Civilians in War - moral and halachic aspects". All are welcome to participate.
  • Volunteers needed to give Divrei Torah for parshiot in Sefer Bamidbar. Reserve now, while a wide choice of parshiot still remains. Please contact Mechael Kanovsky.

  • The municipal elections are coming up soon. Come listen to Matan Dil. Chug Bait at the Faust’s, Hagra 1. June 18th 21:00. Matan Dil, 35, is the married father of three children with another on the way. He is the Deputy Mayor of Rehovot and heads the Rehovoti party, a nonpartisan, independent party running for city council for the second time. He has been active in municipal matters for some ten years and is passionate about our city. Matan seeks to continuously improve the quality of life in Rehovot. He’s worth listening to!
